Please find below information on how to return or a replace a phone or mobile broadband device that you have bought from us.
If you have a bought a mobile phone, mobile broadband device or accessory from us and would like to return it please follow the information below.
If you bought online or over the phone, you can return it within 7 days.
If you have bought in-store, you can only return it for a full refund or exchange if there is a fault within the first 28 days.
To return your order please call a member of our team on 1800 303 584.
You will need your original sales order number that you received at the time of purchase. We will send you out a prepaid envelope with everything you need to return your order to us, within 10 working days of receiving the prepaid envelope.
If there is a fault with your phone, no matter where you bought it, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if you return your phone within 28 days.
If 28 days has passed and there is a problem with your phone you are entitled to a free repair (so long as you are within the manufacturers' warranty). To organise a repair please click here.
All iPhone returns can be made within 28 days and must be sent to FonFix for Apple's inspection and replacement process. Please contact a member of our team on 1800 303 584 or go in-store and we will send it to Apple for repair or replacement.

It is free to get your iPhone repaired if it is within its 1 year warranty. If you are outside of your warranty there will be a charge.
You can check how long you have left on your warranty by visiting the Apple support page and entering the serial number of your iPhone.
